  1. Rates are on an Ex-Works basis (from our designated location, unless otherwise specified).

  2. GST / applicable taxes will be charged extra as per prevailing government regulations.

  3. Loading charges will be applicable at prevailing rates.

  4. Transit Insurance, if required, will be charged extra at applicable rates.

  5. Transportation charges will be extra and on an actual basis.

  6. 100% advance payment is required along with the order, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  7. Dispatch will be made within 1–7 working days from receipt of advance, subject to material availability.

  8. Grades/Specifications: Material will be supplied as per relevant IS/industry standards.

  9. Mill Test Certificates (TCs) can be provided, if applicable.

  10. Standard material length/size will be supplied unless otherwise specified.

  11. Actual dispatch quantity may vary within +1% to -10% tolerance.

  12. Weight tolerance of +1% to -0.5% shall be applicable.

  13. Rates are subject to minimum order quantity (MOQ) conditions.

  14. Rates are subject to market fluctuations and may change without prior notice.

  15. The rate prevailing at the time of receipt of advance will be considered final.

  16. Offer validity is till the end of business hours of the same day, unless extended in writing.

  17. Orders are subject to stock availability at the time of dispatch.

  18. The above rates are indicative market prices. Buyers are advised to reconfirm prices before placing an order.

TMT stands for Thermo-Mechanically Treated Bar, a steel reinforcement bar widely used in construction.

TMT bars have higher strength, better corrosion resistance, and greater ductility compared to normal mild steel (MS) bars.

TMT = Thermo-Mechanically Treated Steel.

TMX = Thermex steel, produced using German Thermex Technology.

We supply Fe415, Fe500, Fe500D, Fe550, Fe550D, Fe600, Fe600D.

It means the yield strength of the bar is 500 MPa.

Length: 12 meters

Weight depends on diameter (e.g., 12 mm ≈ 10.5 kg).

Fe500 / Fe500D are commonly used in residential roofing and housing projects.

It depends on size. For example, 12 mm → 12 bars per bundle, 32 mm → 1 bar per bundle.
